Rokoyah Andariani Amin, or mostly known as Yaya, is an experienced higher education professional specializing in internationalization and academic partnerships. As an Overseas Program Manager at BINUS University International, she has been instrumental in developing strategic plans, fostering global partnerships, and managing international academic programs such as double degrees, joint research, and student exchanges. She also plays a key role in evaluating international programs and engaging with external stakeholders, including universities, government bodies, and alumni organizations. With a background in human resource management and flight operations, Yaya’s career spans multiple industries, including education and aviation. She holds a master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from The University of Sydney and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universitas Padjadjaran. Her expertise lies in strategic planning, global education trends, and fostering cross-border academic collaborations.

Adilla Anggraeni earned her Doctoral Degree in Marketing from the University of Indonesia. She is currently a faculty member of Binus Business International Undergraduate Program. She has written various case studies in the field of Marketing, Consumer Behaviour and Retailing. She published in various academic journals such as International Journal of Online Marketing, International Journal of Asian Business Management, and so on. She was also trainer for several company management trainee programs. Her research interests include Consumer Behaviour, Social Marketing, Retailing and Luxury Marketing.

Dewi Tamara earned a doctoral degree at Bina Nusantara University. Her dissertation is the Innovation Strategy on Mutual Funds Indonesia. She obtained her master’s degree from Master of Management, University of Indonesia and Toulouse Business School, France. Previously, Dewi was a Senior Financial Accountant at PT Pauwels Trafo Asia (2002-2006). She has written more than 30 business cases and available in Binus Case Center. She has published more than 20 research papers in Scopus, Sinta and another platform. Currently she is the representative of the MM Executive study program and teaches Business Research, Corporate Finance and Investment courses at the MM Binus Business School program.

Bagus Manuaba is a dedicated researcher and educator in Computer Science with expertise in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Full Stack Web Development. With a Ph.D. from The Australian National University, he has extensive experience in academia and industry, focusing on mixed reality environments, human supervisory control, and gamification. Currently serving as a Lecturer and Deputy of Program at BINUS University International, he actively contributes to research in AI-driven applications, digital transformation, and data analytics. His work has been published in IEEE, Procedia Computer Science, and the Journal of Big Data.

With over 15 years of experience in project management, international partnerships, and public relations, Jo thrives in fast-paced environments. Her career spans various industries, including event management, consumer goods, and China education consulting, where she managed corporate partnerships, event coordination, networking, and market analysis. In her current role as a Senior Partnership Officer at BINUS University International, she oversees international academic collaborations, fosters relationships with government bodies and global institutions.

Dr. Qomariyah, is an Assistant Professor at Bina Nusantara University International in Jakarta, Indonesia. With a rich background in Artificial Intelligence, Nurul is a distinguished alumna of the University of York, UK, where she was part of the Artificial Intelligence Research Group and achieved her Ph.D. Her doctoral work delved into preference learning using Description Logic (DL), laying the groundwork for her future endeavors. Recently, she spearheaded groundbreaking research in Explainable AI within the medical domain, a co-funded project by the Newton British Council and the Indonesian Ministry of Research and Education. This collaboration involves the University of York, Binus University, and Pasar Minggu Regional Hospital, Jakarta, leading to numerous Scopus indexed publications, first place winner in the Mendix competition, and listed as Top 20 in the Open Innovation startup competition by IMERI University of Indonesia.

Valentina Tohang is the Head of the Finance International Program at BINUS University International in Jakarta, Indonesia. She is currently a PhD Candidate at the University of Indonesia, furthering her research in ESG and accounting. She holds dual master’s degrees: a Master of Business in Enterprise Resource Planning from the University of Western Sydney and a Master of Business in Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Perbanas Economics School, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Prior to her tenure at BINUS University International, Ms. Tohang acquired over 11 years of professional experience across several sectors in Indonesia and Australia, encompassing manufacturing, healthcare, retail, education, and finance. Her responsibilities included finance, project management, analyst, and accountant. She has participated in projects including Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), business process enhancement, data management systems, accounting software deployment, and strategic financial advisory.
