Project Team Details

Pauline Anne Gordon is Deputy Head of International (Partnerships) in the Business School at Edinburgh Napier University. Pauline is responsible for developing international partnerships and managing strong collaborative relationships with education providers and agents across the globe. Pauline works with colleagues across the Business School and supports members of the international team to contribute to the university’s international strategy for growth and diversification in various locations such as Europe, Switzerland, UAE, China and Asia. Pauline’s doctoral study and research focus on the transition of international students and is well placed to serve as the Business School’s Link Tutor between Edinburgh Napier University and Oxford International College. The purpose of this role is to support communication between the two entities and ensure the smooth transition of international students. Part of this role also involves providing regular updates, and insights to various committees in the Business School and the wider University. In addition, Pauline is a lecturer at the Business School and is involved in designing and delivering various hospitality and tourism management subjects to domestic and international students. Pauline has comprehensive knowledge of the International Hospitality and Tourism Industry and is a Visiting Faculty Member at the Lovely Professional University, India.
